pad 2 not turn on when LCD connected , work normal without LCD

i have one ipad 2 with backlight problem after replacement the PMIC the backlight is come and work fine but when i try to remove the LCD its make short (i forget to switch off the ipad ) then i see a spark C8233 and C2220 and the board shorted when i connect the board to the power supply or battery its come hot so i remove C8233 and remove the print cuz its burn inside the board and connected to the GND when i remove the print the short is gone and the ipad work normal only without LCD but when connect the LCD its not turn on

connect the ipad to power supply without LCD its show : 0,03, 0,06, 0,15, 0,13, 0,27, 0,29, 0,24, 0,32, 0,15 .....

with LCD is show : 0.01 , 0.04 , 0.08 , 0.22 , 0.32 , 0.00 , 0.03 , 0.06 , 0.00


i try replace PMIC and L8225 , D8228 , C833 but its same

any idea?
