1. vol up + power
2. vol up or vol down to move to research and select research by pressing power
3. select recovery by pressing power
4. now phone will reboot and select wipe data

thats it 1000% hard reset don

3. select recovery by pressing power AND KEEP PRESSING POWER BUTTON TILL PHONE RESTART AND ANDROID LOGO APPEAR
4. select wipe data
