Plug your phone into fastboot mode and upgrade to the 4.4.4 ROM American: RETUAWS_XT1064_4.4.4_KXB21.85-17_cid9_CFC.xml
After the flash, wait for the phone to start.

Enable USB debugging and connect the phone to your PC. Move to the Internal Storage File "update_nofsg.zip". Turn off the phone and place in fastboot mode again.

In the CMD, type mfastboot.exe flash recovery CWM_Touch_Titan_V2.img and press Enter.
Restart the phone by typing mfastboot.exe reboot

Again Deslige the device and plug in fastboot mode. This time, with the volume button, go to Recovery and and select with the Volume (+)
Go to the Install Zip option, press power button to select. Select Choose zip from / sdcard and select the file "update_nofsg.zip"
Select Yes and wait for the installation of the update package.
