Samsung Note 2 after update with 4.4 ,not register on kitkat version

Hi,
I just updated my note 2 N7100 with 4.4.2 (kitkat) ,
After updating via ODIN, can't use Network , it shows emergency call only, not register on network. IMEI is fine.
i know it can be repaired by downgrading into 4.1.2 . But I want to use 4.4.2.
Any solution on 4.4.2.
