3.Root the the phone with CFroot 4.4.2 ( link in attach )
4.Use Z3x 18.5 and Repair Imei ( Tick Reset EFS - Disable Test Mode)
Im Tested and confirmed.
Links : 4.4.2 Russia Version have English-Turkish and Arabic Language.
