I cant read info from a Samsung Galaxy GT-I9505 with OctoplusBox

Bienvenido en  Octoplus/Octopus Box Samsung software versión 1.8.0

To connect GT-I9505 phone you have to perform the following steps:
1. Disconnect USB cable from phone. 
2. Go to Menu->Settings->More->About Device.
3.Tap on "Build number" 7 times to enable developer options.
4. Go to Menu->Settings->More->Developer options.
5. Turn on "USB Debugging" option.
6. Go to dial window.
7. Enter "*#0808#" number.
8. Select "DM+Modem+ADB".
9. Press Home button.
10. Go to dial window.
11. Enter "*#9090#" number.
12. Set "Diag config" to "USB" value.
13. Restart phone.
14. Press "Read Info" in software.

Puerto seleccionado: COM13
Modelo seleccionado: GT-I9505
¡En el puerto seleccionado el teléfono no fue detectado!
Intentando a buscar el puerto USB diagnóstico...
Intentando a conectar el teléfono en  COM13
Modo: Emergencia

My OctoplusBox cant read info from a Samsung Galaxy GT-I9505 why?
Im following the steps from 1-14
In step 8 I set the options in the phone as follow:

USB: AP

Code:

USB Settings: DM+MODEM+ADB

In step 12 I set the option:

[1]DM/DUM over HS-USB(*)

After that, the phone restart and it suppose to be ready to read info but it shows the following error:
